Description

This was a pretty pivotal moment in Errol’s life. What the men are seeing here are a hoard of Minotaur. Minotaur are a pretty common problem in Devalarion. Mercenaries are commonly hired to take care of any problems, but the group Errol is part of, his fathers mercenary band “Red Revelry” are among the most successful at this. Things were different this time however. For the 1st time Ivan, Errol’s father, allowed him to lead a group on his own to take care some problematic Minotaur. Unfortunately Errol and his group found themselves in the midst of huge Minotaur uprising. Overrun, most died, but survivors were kidnapped and taken back to Evelka, which was an old kingdom the Minotaurs had taken over and made into their home. Obviously Errol was among the kidnapped, where he had to escape and make his way back to the main mercenary group. He did not come out of this ok. For a long while he refused to do any mercenary work, and he suffered survivors guilt having been the only one of his team to make it out alive. Since then, he doesn’t trust himself to lead.
